Recycling & Disposal

Recycling and reusing C & D Materials is going to be an important part of waste management in the near and long-term future. The Lockport Transfer Station & Recycling Center understands this and is committed to finding appropriate recycling avenues for much of the construction & demolition waste that it takes in.

When done through proper channels, construction & demolition waste can be re-purposed into a myriad of other construction related pursuits. The effects of a recycling program of this caliber are two-fold; One it saves precious landfill space for materials that have no known recyclable purpose. Second, it lessens the need to go and extract the materials from the environment.

When you bring your Construction and Demolition waste to the Lockport Transfer Station & Recycling Center, you can rest assured that as much of your material that can be rerouted from a landfill will be.
